Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Warren G. Rosendahl graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and later received a Master in Business Administration from Xavier University. Immediately after graduating from Purdue, he served as an officer in the U S Army - Ordnance Corps. Having completed his military service, he embarked on a business career as a engineer and shortly after began a distinguished entrepreneurial track record starting and turning around companies. During his many successes, he served a Chairman, CEO, and President of his own companies, as well as, companies owned by others. With a strong background in business finance, operations, sales, management, and consulting, he eventually developed his personal real estate interests into MBA Realty and MBA Mortgage Funding as a licensed California Real Estate Broker, as well as, Arkansas.
Bringing all of his experience in business and real estate from around the US and international, he is prepared to assist his clients with strategic planning in the finance and acquisition of real estate property. He prefers to serve exclusive clients in an inclusive manner for all of the necessities of a transaction. This not only provides privacy and confidentiality, but it maintains streamline control and a successful conclusion to a real estate transaction. He is prepared to meet with prospective clients to discuss their financial capabilities and objectives to create a strategic plan for their purchase before touring property. With knowledge of construction, the market inventory, and property values, he can minimize the client’s time for achieving their goals.
